At the Porsche Online Store, we strive for precision and excellence in every garment; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and Porsche design labels intact.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Porsche branded packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid DHL express shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the exterior of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized shipping point; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
